This is an a very convenient location with a large mall next-door, shopping, and buying anything could possibly ever need or want. I found the trains very easy to access and understand from this location and the price, including the huge breakfast buffet was amazing. We were very comfortable and happy here. I was with nine-year-old and we had several friends come down and meet us at the lobby, etc. It was a good meeting point.

Complimentary amenities 7. Room is spacious for Triple Room 8. Good variety for breakfast 9. Next to shopping centre (Corowa) - easy to get food and also food stuff at the AEON Style in basement. 10. Hotel staff are friendly and able to converse in English.

I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and I was very happy with the accommodations. The hotel itself is quite high-end and classy. The breakfast was in a nice, bright dining area and staff were friendly. The location of the hotel is really not great for sightseeing unless you're primarily going to Universal Studios, which is pretty close by train.

Loved that it was so close to the train station. About a 5 min walk and there was a mall nearby too. Lawson was opposite the mall. The rooms were neat and tidy. Beds comfy and housekeeping was done daily. The hotel staff were helpful and polite and always smiling. Loved our stay here and would definitely come back here. 💞

This hotel is good. Very large. However, it is somewhat far from Osaka City's center. The breakfast buffet was the nicest I had while traveling in Osaka. Staff always offered delicious food. The room is also good. We entered the hotel through a back door, which is a rather odd entrance. It is a shortcut between the hotel and train station. We were there for five days, but we were unable to locate the hotel's entrance.

Short walk to Koshien station, and the area has some options for restaurants and shopping. Great location if you are a Hanshin Tigers fan, as the stadium is close by and there is lots of merchandise in the area. Good vending machine options inside the hotel as well.

Spacious double room on the14th floor at a reasonable price. Staff allowed us to leave our bags prior to check-in. Full size bathroom and lounge chairs in room. 2 min walk from Koshien station and stadium. Restaurant in hotel was reasonably priced. Close to great shops. Will stay again

I was shocked at how luxurious it was for the deal I found. It was beautiful, comfortable, I loved that check out was a good time, breakfast was also a great time. It is extremely well located. Staff did their best to inform me in English.

Breakfast was amazing- the room was much larger than most Japanese accommodation - people at front desk, bar were lovely and it was super convenient right next to Osaka umeda line and really close and easy to access airport transport etc..,,.
